The incubator
RedZebra leads a program for entrepreneurs who intend to advance from an idea stage to an active business
We provide them access to mentors and basic business education, as well as incubate their ideas for success. Entrepreneurs with successful ideas are selected to learn about the challenges of creating their own company, how to write a successful business plan and pitch an idea to get funding to venture capitalists.
In order for our team to evaluate the ideas – we are in the process of building an online solution (and an app) to help young entrepreneurs build a mini business plan, based on their idea that guides them into the steps necessary to gather enough information needed for this evaluation.
We turn your idea into a business
- Research your market – identify potential customers. Talk to them and find out if your idea is meeting a real need.
- Develop a business Plan
- Develop and plan – test your product or service with real customers, make changes, and test it again. Keep doing this until you’re sure there’s a demand for it.
- Find partners and suppliers – think about who you’re going to work with to develop and sell your idea.
- Set up your business – work out which legal structure is right for you, and whether you want to sell shares.
- Get funding – explore different sources of business finance, from government-backed schemes to angels and venture funds.
eGovernment
RedZebra was one of the pioneers in Israel in eGovernment – both in their direct innovation and through consulting to the local authorities in Israel
Citizen’s portfolio
Back in 2002, RedZebra innovated the “Citizen’s Portfolio” – enabling the citizen a full access to his residential information, his property and his family’s data relating to . This portfolio is managed by the local authority and allows the citizen to perform actions and updating directly through the system or will provide the appropriate official request for further assistance.
The LADPC version in Israel is based on the “resident’s portfolio” and in fact of all companies active in providing solutions to the local authority – have created their own version

RedZebra is in the process of creating a new unit for the development of social media solutions in this space, as well as creating a new website dedicated to social interaction of professionals active in the local authorities space for enhancing innovation.

It develops and markets the eHealthStudio™ a proven technology platform for patient-centric business processes and health applications (web and mobile). These medico-business processes and Apps perform independently, or can be integrated into legacy systems to generate innovative applications across the health landscape and leverage its information assets, driving improvements in the quality, and efficiency of patient care. Among other properties, the Studio facilitates the aggregation, dissemination and sharing of medical data between the different stakeholders. Applications meet the meaningful use standards. Education
RedZebra has been always proud about its entrepreneurship school that has started with the Young Entrepreneurs project – developed in Israel back in 1991 for high school students by Dr. Harnevo in Israel, and over the years has been expanded in RedZebra – to include entrepreneurship school in general.
Recently, RedZebra has launched the Young Entrepreneurs program in Spain (Emprendedores Jovenes), and will be expanding in 2015 to other countries in Europe.

A technology platform for orchestrating the building process with mobile and web applications.
RedZebra brought into the market a novel solution that is designed using most experts in the field of construction and monitoring – intertwined with a novel technology approach. Being all applications mobile (tablets, iPhone and Android) – it will enable easy implementation of the system and ease of use.
At the heart of the new product a collaborative technology platform that enables:
- multiple parties’ information exchange. The most important communication layer for the platform as its stores knowledge, plans, drawings, practices, procedures, standards, guidelines, and methodologies to make them readily available prior to making a decision or taking action – and updating them post decision making and while managing the exceptions and rejects;
- a groundbreaking exceptions’ engine that manages the inspection in the construction process, and manages rejects and exceptions in a collaborative way
- since the system will not develop a display mode for plans or any other document – we will prepare and customize all the connectors that integrate the existing with the proposed systems together (like Word, Excel, AutoCAD, BIM creator, etc.);
- a built-in analytical module to make sense of the big data
- an innovative engine for dynamic and proactive design of building processes; this is a solution for one of the most important secrets behind a good construction manager and inspector “to master a process”; Moreover, it is for the “master” to be able to share this knowledge with the relevant employees on the project – and be able to extend it to other projects
This information system will be supported by a sophisticated rule engine that allows the managers to set their own process or set of tools, (without the use of a programmer) or use existing schemes and personalize it.
The infrastructure of this system will be a robust collaboration platform with security and permission modules built-in, that has this process engine and rule engine in its
